Dr. Goldfarb is not enrolled as a member on any insurance panels, and does not accept Medicare. Payment for service is collected at the time of your initial consultation.
Your health insurance may cover part or all of the cost of treatment. Dr. Goldfarb will provide patients with an insurance-compatible billing statement for submission to insurers for reimbursement if out-of-network benefits apply. Patients should contact their insurance company with any questions about reimbursements, co-pay obligations or deductibles, or any pre-authorizations that may be needed for out-of-network services.
Dr. Goldfarb sees new consultations for an initial 90-minute appointment. Once in treatment with Dr. Goldfarb, appointments are generally 45 minutes.
